GATEWAY PARANORMAL SOCIETY (G.P.S.) was founded in 2000 by a small group of individuals from Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire, all with an interest in the Paranormal.
The Group is run on a Part-time basis, by members, and everyone in the group, or joining the group is expected to take equal share in making the Group a success.
We are a 'not for profit' organisation, and all our profits are donated to local good causes, including our own nominated charities: Mencap and Watling View Special School, St.Albans.
Primarily we collected, Investigated and Researched local 'hauntings' for our own interest, but since being online from October 2009 we have had numerous requests for both Membership of our Group, and events that members of the Public can participate in.
We now offer something (we hope) for everyone - for the serious Paranormal Investigators we have dedicated Investigations and Meetings which are not open to the Public. For those wanting a more 'fun' evening (though just as spooky!!) we have organised Events, with even more planned for the future!

Although we are based in Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire, we do travel throughout the UK, both for our own Investigations, or for Events and Fundrasing.
We also have dedicated Fundraising Events throughout the year, for our two personal causes: WATLING VIEW SCHOOL and MENCAP - both of whom we have personal links to. We are, however, always available to help other groups organise Fundraisiers for their own good causes and Charities.
All of our members and associates are dedicated Individuals with the utmost respect for the Paranormal Fields, the places we visit and those we meet along the way!
We are always available to answer any questions, and will happily accept links, etc.. from other Websites and Groups, all we ask is that you do the same for us!
